How to Enroll
STEP 1: Complete Registration Packet
To begin the enrollment of your child in our program at Mount Olive Sonshine Child Care (SCC) please come by the office and pick up a Registration Packet. Please complete all the information in the Registration Packet, provide a copy of your child’s most recent immunizations, and pay the appropriate registration fee.
The Preschool/Childcare Registration Forms Packet includes the following information:
- Program Registration
- Child Information
- Family Information
- Child’s Medical & Health History
- Medical Emergency Authorization
- Daily Schedule & Immunization form (which must be filled out & signed)
STEP 2: Visit Sonshine Child Care
Schedule a tour to take advantage of the opportunity to visit our facilities and learn more about our philosophy, policies, and procedures. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions or express your cares and concerns.
A visit also will help determine whether or not SCC would be a good match for your child and their needs.
STEP 3: Get ready to start
Confirm your scheduled times with the Director and get ready for the first day in Child Care. You may set up appointments for your child to come for short visits to SCC in order to get acquainted and become more comfortable with the environment and the staff. These appointments can help your child to make a smoother transition to our child care setting and schedule.
